We're partnering with Brown Hope’s Solidarity Squad this winter to collect donations for an upcoming holiday event. Brown Hope is a Black-led racial justice movement to inspire our collective healing, leading community-driven initiatives for action, celebration, and empowerment. This December, Brown Hope is hosting an open house and holiday event serving 250 Portland families.

Families in our community are in need of laundry detergent and other household cleaning supplies, like dish soap, Clorox wipes, all-purpose cleaner, etc.  Will you consider making a donation?

To make things easier, there are three ways you can donate:

• Venmo a donation to @pdxjacl or donation through Paypal so that we can purchase supplies
• Drop off donations at Epworth United Methodist Church on Dec 5 from 11-2 pm
• Mail a check by Dec 7 to Portland JACL at PO Box 86310, Portland, OR 97286
