Ikoi no Kaiʼs Fall Matsuri

Join us for Ikoi no Kaiʼs Fall Matsuri (秋祭り, aki matsuri)―a festive autumn celebration inspired by traditions across Japan that mark the turn of the season and bid farewell to summer. As the air cools and leaves begin to change, the atmosphere comes alive with lanterns, taiko drums, and the comforting aroma of seasonal street food.

When: Saturday, October 4th, noon-4PM
Where: 1333 SE 28th Ave, Portland, OR 97214

Items for sale will feature: takoyaki (octopus balls), yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), kimchi, spam musubi and other Asian food items. We’ll have lots of food on hand – preorder and pay online (with pick up times for those who don’t want to wait) or just come and order yours when you get here! We’re also looking for a few event volunteers for a few hour shifts. Take a look at our Oct. 4 openings.
